It is Vintage Inspiration Friday over at Common Ground today so I thought I would show you what I use my vintage planters for. I love using them for organizing my craft things.
The pink flower pot is a McCoy. I actually use to keep a plant in this one but I have moved it into my craft area and keep all my decorative scissors in it now. The green one is labeled Marietta and USA and has always been a catch all since I bought it.
This little Scottie was actually a gift from Debra at Common Ground a few months ago. I added the ribbon, the bow might be a little large but I think it is so cute. I usually keep all my smaller scissors in it.
I also use one to put my remote controls in on one of my end tables. I bought it just because I loved the color. It ended up being useful after all. The bottom of this one is just marked USA 77.
Have a wonderful weekend! Blessings!

I love vintage planters. I have a collection of green planters that live on my screened in porch. I have several white planters and they are my catch all's. Just the perfect sizes and are so pretty. Glad to find a fellow lover of vintage planters.
Cute planters and I love that you have found a good use for them. That scottie is adorable.
Hey Brenda! How cute are all these planters?!! So glad to see the little Scottie doing some extra work for you in the craft room. The bow is darling and matches his cute little personality!

I absolutely LOVE that pink planter and your little scottie dog is adorable! I have just a couple of aqua planters from the 40's and, like you, I keep my colored pens in them! So much fun to see them every single day!
Have a great day and a wonderful week!

I think that planters and pots are great to use as storage container. They have such lovely colors and can be reused as a pot! Have a wonderful weekend, I hope that your weather is as lovely as ours!
