Family Fun

I thought I would show you a few pictures of our family from Easter Sunday.  Two of my daughters were able to come along with two granddaughters.  We missed our middle daughter and her family.  When the four grandsons are not with us it seems so quiet.  First off I wanted to show you the little finger puppets I made for the grand children's  little Easter baskets.   I had decided I needed to downsize the baskets I put together this year and then decided they looked pretty wimpy.   I found the pattern for these little puppets at purlbee.com here:

Here are our beautiful little girls:

After dinner Auntie and Grandpa took the little ones out to fly kites.
We had a wonderful day and the word was that the granddaughters fell asleep before they got home, even though the oldest sang to mommy and auntie almost the whole way.  I am smiling just thinking about it.  I hope everyone else had a blessed Easter and that you are all having a great week.  Thanks for stopping by!

I love the finger puppets. Made me remember the best of my many Easter baskets. So cool. And the Auntie running with the kite too... so awesome.
