Alphabe-Thursday

N is for Nothing
That is all I could think of all day long.  Nothing.  We use to sing a song in Girl Scouts that was called the Nothing song.  It went something like this, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing all day long.  Nothing, Nothing, Nothing, Nothing how do you like my Nothing song?  Second verse same as first a little bit louder and a whole lot worse.  I am not really sure if I have the last line correct.

Here is a little something.
Narcissus that I forced this winter.

Some pictures of nests.  I am sure I shared these last summer but they are sweet so here is a repeat.

Pop over to Jenny Matlock and  check out the rest of what the other Alphabe-Thursday participants are sharing.  There are always a lot of interesting stories, pictures and things to learn.

Thanks for stopping by!  I hope you are all having a great week!

I did nests too. I guess we didn't sing the nothing song in Brownies. I was never a girl scout, but I still remember the brownie song we sang. It's funny how those things stick with you.

Looks like your nothing turned into something ;-). Great pictures and great job getting the narcissus to grow.

Sometimes a lot of nothing is just what's needed. I think we sang a similar song in Brownies.

Brenda,
Thanks for coming over to visit Whosyergurl!
I remember the nothing song from Girl Scouts, too! "Nothing, Absolutely nothing, how do you like my nothing song?" :-)
I like your shadow pic of the Narcissus. I love shadow & light.
"Are Narcissus and paper whites the same?"
Hoosier hugs! Cheryl

Sometimes our minds draw a blank...but you came up with something, after all...and it was lovely. Beautiful flowers and nests.

Loved the nest pictures. Have a question. This is probably just me...LOL...one year i too forced Narcissus and I couldn't stand the smell of them in the house. They WERE beautiful though. What's your experience? Joni

Oh hooray! I remember that nifty song from girl scouts!

And what nifty nests and narcissi? narcissus? Hmmm....

I certainly sounded like a noddypeak not knowing how to pluralize that name.

I'm using one obscure N word in all my comments today!

You're welcome!

Great stop on my little Alphabe-Thursday's journey through the Letter "N"!

A+
