Not so much chatter today, mostly pictures. After stopping for breakfast the morning of day two of our trip we traveled to the point to check out the Grand Traverse Lighthouse.

There were a lot of sculptural planters and walls built out of these rocks like in the above picture.
And this little guy thought he had all kinds of Thyme before skittering away.
Some pretty beach scenes along the shore of the lighthouse.
Makes me want to go back tomorrow! There is one more stop that we made on our way back home, I will share tomorrow. Blessings from our home in the woods!

Thank you so much for sharing all those wonderful photos and vacation memories! It looks like you and hubs had a terrific time. What a wonderful place to go and relax....this was a true vacation. I go back to school on Thursday but I have had a wonderful time this summer going to auctions and estate sales with my hubby. I still have not made my salsa or pickle relish ( your wonderful recipe!).
