Friday Night Sew In

It is Friday!!!  The weekend is finally here and it is also "Friday Night Sew In" night.

Handmade by Heidi

I have not participated for a couple of months and am looking forward to the incentive to get something done, so I have something to share tomorrow.  The heater is warming up my creative area and I have the following things lined up for my evening.
The pink and black strips are cut for the boarder of the wall hanging I have been working on and last showed you here.
The two above pictures are fabrics cut, sewn and the iron on fleece has been applied and ready for quilting.  These are going to be notebook covers like I made and showed you here.

And I have some flannel in the washer for this project.
It is a baby bunting for grand number seven that will be making an appearance in May.  The pattern is from this book which has tons of projects I would like to have time to make in the future.
Happy Friday everyone!  Blessings!

Fun night for you tonight! I love that tree and flower fabric...can't wait to see what you do. And that bunting is adorable...congrats on a new grandbaby to be!!!
The freezing rain has hit...it's awful out there. Hubby's sending his staff home and leaving early. Hope they take it slow!

Love the bunting.....is it difficult to make? I started teaching my friend Ruth how to sew this week. She made a lined bag, it is her first project and she did a great job! Next project is a pillow with a zipper.
