Cutting

I played along with Gone Stitchin's Friday Night with Friends last night.

I started out with this:

I was able to get enough squares cut for 6 more blocks.  I think this will keep me busy on my next weekday off, maybe this coming Tuesday.

I also cut the pieces for the Triple Zip Sew Along.  This is what I really want to work on this afternoon.

And this is what the weather looks like out our back door and why I am happy and content to stay inside.

I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend so far and are doing just what you love.

Blessings from our home in the woods!

Your blocks are glorious, lots of stitching ahead for you. Oh I love the pics of the snow & forest seeing as in suburban Perth Australia we are having about 100 in your temps (making an assumption you are in the North Americas somewhere?). Looks very good sewing weather. Tracee xx

Oh I am about to take a few online quilting classes and I see that you do some beautiful work! I'm your newest follower via GFC because I'll take all the inspiration I can get and I think I can get some right here on your blog!
