Projects Galore

I am working on some Christmas presents.  I have already berated myself and as always know I should have started on January 1st.  My best friend and I are making felt food for our grand children.  I got the patterns from this Etsy shop Buggabugs.  We are making twelve of each set, hopefully, and are each working on a set at a time.  These are my pieces so far, there is still some hand stitching to be done on some.
Last weekend I started an afghan for my oldest grandson, who is too old for felt food.
I learned to knit earlier this year and this is my first large project.  Well it is going to be larger than a wash cloth. Another gift but I cannot say what or for whom at this time.
Afraid to say there is more going on in my creative space but these are the things I am putting my time into right now.  Check out the other creative spaces here.
Working on this thing called posting daily.  Four in a row.  My best.
Blessings!

  3. That "food" looks real! Nice looking afghans too. I do wish you luck getting everything finished before Christmas. I just told my stitchery friends last night, as I was locker hooking a rug that is going to take longer than I thought, now why don't I just keep making Christmas stuff all year long? I know why, I like the colors of summer!

  6. I too started a zig-zag afghan, but I've sidetracked a bit. Seeing yours is inspiring, and hopefully I'll get it done before next summer!
