Alphabe-Thursday

R is for Red
Red has been my favorite color for the last few years.  Here are some of my favorites.
I have started buying a set of this red Fiestaware when it goes on sale.  I have owned the cobalt blue Fiestaware for over 20 years and decided I wanted to add the red to my collection.
My favorite Miche bag cover.
Cannot live without one of these anymore.
I found this red table at a resale shop.  It was already painted with the perfect red paint.
We bought this couch after moving here a couple of years ago.  We needed some furniture because we moved from a very small house to a much larger one and had a lot of empty space.  I was totally surprised when hubs agreed to this color.  I'm a lucky lady.  Linking up with Jenny Matlock's Alphabe-Thursday

  5. What lovely touches of red Brenda. I have a painting I purchased when I adopted my son that is all black and white except some tiny touches of red. I love it and those tiny touches of red in the painting completely capture me. It is a fine color! :)

  8. Well all your red dishes added to the blues will be very patriotic! I like the stars and stripes flag bits and pieces you have scattered around the rooms too.

  23. I love red too, even though I haven't really used it in decorating. I've heard some one say that every room should have a little bit of red. Your dishes are so pretty and the table is a great find. Love the sofa too. What a beautiful, cheery home you must have.

  25. I'm a strong believer in colors, as far as our personalities and what we're going through. I used to be a blue/green gal, but now I'm an orange/yellow/lime green lady. I suspect God is still forming my personality, and things are definitely looking brighter!
